Best Western Plus Roswell/Alpharetta

Very nice, comfortable hotel. The room with two double beds was spacious and well designed, very clean. The free continental breakfast seemed limited, not what I expected from a "plus" Best Western. It's great that there is an Olive Garden restaurant in the same parking lot, and a taco restaurant, and a CVS just across the street. It's an easy walk to get anything you might need.

The hotel is very well located and better attended. The staff is respectful, but very attentive and helpful. Mr. Albert attended to us and he is a beautiful person. We only stayed one night as we continued towards North Georgia, but we had a great time. The breakfast was good and varied, the room was very well set up, the bathroom was very functional, and the bed and bath linens were of quality. As I said, everything is fine. The only thing we missed was a microwave, but it has a refrigerator and a coffee machine. The entire hotel is very clean and cared for. It is an excellent option at a very reasonable price.

Nice hotel for its class. Nothing fancy, but they do the basics well. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The man who checked us in was friendly. Great value, would definitely stay again.

when we arrived the Front Desk young man was very courteous and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were nice and the beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was good and the server Nadine was the best. Anything you needed she was right there to assist you. Thanks to the Manager for stopping by as were eating just to say hello and see if everything was well. We definitely will be staying there again.

I hated to give service only two stars because the front desk staff and breakfast crew were great and so helpful! My husband and I were only here for one night for a concert. We didn't get back to the hotel until after 1am but made sure our alarm was set for 9:15 so we could get breakfast and much needed coffee before checkout at 11. At 9:30 housekeeping was knocking at our door wanting to clean our room. I was NOT impressed. First they tapped so lightly and spoke so quietly I thought they were at another room. Nope they were at our door. Luckily we still had the lock on so they couldn't come in. I told her we were still in here and then she asked if we would be checking out today. I said yes, but it wasn't even close to 11, it was only 9:30!! I have never experienced anything like this at any hotel. But besides housekeeping our stay was great! The breakfast was delightful as well.

Great breakfast! Spacious and clean rooms. The bed was very comfortable. Staff went over and beyond to accommodate us. Beautiful lobby. I wish we had had more time to utilize it.
